Retun Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery, with the proof of purchase. If your return is accepted by us, you will have 5 days to deliver it back to us in the original packaging - we will provide you with packaging instructions to ensure the safety of the piece. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom orders, items that have been installed and no longer have their original packaging, items that are not securely packed when they are shipped back, and other items listed below. Refunds not applicable to sale items. Please note a 10% handling fee will be charged on return items without original packaging. Other exclusions may apply.
Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchased price. Returns and handling fee of 10-15% will apply. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
